Halloween and trip to AZ!

This year for Halloween the girls wanted to be fairies....go figure! They love being fairies, but that's okay because they are two of the cutest fairies ever! Naomi wanted to be Tinkerbell for about 3 months and my friend already had this cutest dress so that made things easy but Tayler was on the hunt for the perfect fairy dress, she had about 3 she was trying to decide and picked this one and it turned out so cute. We were in charge of the wards trunk or treat so we had a hot dog dinner and the girls love trick or treating whether it's a house or a car. Then, the next night we carved our pumpkins which turned into a 4 hour process because we used the patterns which took forever and Tayler insisted she carved her own and that took forever....I'm just glad she didn't take off a finger. The next night we went to Hurricane to see my mom and dad and go to a neighborhood that is always completely decorated with lights and all sorts of fun stuff. Naomi was not enjoying it much this year because she was so scared of everything and this guy jumped out at her and scared her with a mask....who scares a 3 year old like that! We still had fun but I'm glad it's over because I love the fall and am ready for the fun holidays!

My mom was going to Arizona to help my brother and his wife because they were expecting a baby, and Rodger has been so busy that I hardly even see him anymore so I decided to hop in the car with my girls and go on a road trip. Both of my brothers live there so it was really good to see them and my nieces and nephews and welcome new baby Jayda into the world. The girls had so much fun being around tons of friends and entertainment and of course a new baby....I knew it couldn't go wrong. We painted pumpkins and went swimming, had a halloween party and decorated cookies, met a new baby girl and Tayler lost her first tooth. My sister-in-law is very artsy and creative so she helped me type up a letter from the toothfairy, leave rhinestones, and of course a dollar bill...she was so excited. Since then she has 3 more loose teeth so I need to act fast on my fall family pictures before my little girl is toothless. Anyway, the trip was a blast and the girls had tons of fun.

Crazy, Intense Hike through Zion!

I was invited to Hike the Narrows with my friend Sara and a group of friends she knew. Rodger had to work so he couldn't come. I am extremely afraid of heights and heard there was a repelling section that was small so I agreed to go because they said it was tiny and not a big deal. They tricked me into going because as soon as we arrived, the repelling section was off a 100 foot cliff off this lip of a mountain, I was hyperventalating(spelling??) and almost ready to cry and the only thing I could think about was how crazy I must be to do it pregnant with my hubby and kids at home because if I kill myself out here...they are not going to be the last ones I see. I did it though and as soon as I hit the bottom I was so relieved but it changed quick when I said, " that was the only one right?" They laughed and said there were 8 more sections and at this point I couldn't turn around. We left at 6 a.m that morning and they told me it was an 8 mile hike which really was a 16 mile hike, I didn't call Rodger that night until 8 and by then he was wondering what had taken so long because I told him it was only 8 miles. As scared as I was to be repelling off cliffs, I was so glad that I didn't know what it was going to be like because I would have missed out on what I thought was the most amazing, gorgeous hike I have ever been on., I just was wishing Rodger could have been there to enjoy it with me

I'M.........

Baby #3 is on it's way at the Adams household and we are really excited....now if I could just skip the icky sick feeling then things would be great! The girls are really excited and are already calling it a brother and has his name all picked out. #3 is a big jump, there are some days I can't believe we are there and are actually taking the leap but my girls are going to be a huge help and be such good big sisters to this new little one.

TAYLER'S IN KINDERGARTEN!!

She's looks so cute and grown up I can't believe it. This day was full of excitment, anticipation, and anxiety....1-because she hasn't been able to sleep for the past 3 days waiting for this day to come so it has been a long week, 2-because everyone told me I would cry like a baby, but having her be so excited and asking me CONSTANTLY how much longer, I was ready at that point just to get her out of the house, and 3- I have been a nervous wreck trying to decide if she should take the bus or if I would just go pick her up. In my mind I felt like she is way to young to be riding the bus, but as she informed me..."I'm old enough mom and I can do it if I want to," (REALLY, am I there already...my 5 year old is basically telling me she is old enough to make her own decisions. So....I decided to be a brave, un-paranoid, nervous parent and let her do it. Getting through this first day of school has been great, everything worked out and I feel so much better and of course she LOVES it, I knew she would and Tayler is so smart, she is going to do great!

Aquatic Center and Forts!!!

Lately our new summer thing has been the AQUATIC CENTER, I may as well get a pass there. Tayler asks me if we can come here about 5 times a week, she loves the slides and she is getting pretty good at swimming too. We met up with our friends Jeremy and Lindsey with there cute little boy Zander, we had a lot of fun. Naomi is getting better and better everytime in the water but still gets really scared...soon we will brake her and she will LOVE the water.
The girls really wanted a fort the other day so I brought 6 chairs upstairs to Naomi's room with a ton of blankets and made them a fort, they LOVED it...we let them watch a movie in there and once it was over we gave them flashlights and turned off all the lights and they played for quite a while. They both wanted to sleep in it so I got them all set up, read them a book and HOPED they would go to sleep. Tayler surprisingly was the first one asleep and Naomi decided that she wanted to sleep in her bed but didn't want the fort or Tayler in her room. I moved her to my room thinking she would fall asleep in my bed and then I could move her but she wouldn't do that, so I set her up in Tayler's bedroom and she wouldn't do that, so then I brought her downstairs to watch a movie with Rodger and I thinking she would fall asleep in my arms....NOPE! It was going on 1 am and I was tired of her. Finally Rodger put her up in her room and told her she had to stay and she finally fell asleep. What is it with the kids listening to Dad the second he says anything but when Mom does it they don't want to listen. I'm sure it's the deep, you know your in trouble voice that I don't have. Needless to say I will not be doing anymore forts for bedtime eventhough Tayler loved it, not such a good idea!

NATIONAL DANCE DAY!

ZUMBA!!! I have been taking this class at the Warehouse for about 3 months now and it is such a good workout and I love it! July 31st was National Dance Day and the show So You Think You Can Dance invited everyone across the country to celebrate it. There is about 4 or 5 people that teach this in the St. George area so we got all of them together and everyone parked there cars in a circle at the Wal-Mart parking lot and turned on the lights and danced for almost two hours. The above pictures aren't even half of the class, each teacher got on stage and did two or three songs so half the time I felt like I sat there because I didn't know what I was doing, but it was still fun and the girls are awesome. It's definately my thing that gets me away from my house and takes my mind off of the mom scene for a bit and I just get to do something for myself. The camera's were rolling so we may be on TV tonight....but even if we are it would be for a brief second and I will just be a speck, but I still had a good time!!!

Summer Fun!!!!

This summer we have taken two seperate lake trips, one to Powell and the other to Lake Nacimiento in California. We had so much fun and the combination of sun and water is always good with me. At Lake Powell we got invited to stay on our friends house boat which was a blast, they brought there ski boat as well so we got to tour around the lake, go cliff jumping (which I did, I was so proud I actually did it) and we did a lot of wake boarding and skiing and every night we played poker which I am horrible at but it was fun. Then we got invited to our friends cabin in California at Lake Nacimiento and we had so much fun! We boated through this spot called the narrows where the water was like glass, so pretty. Then we did a lot of boating and I finally got up on the wake board, Rodger of course caught on so fast and was doing awesome, and Tayler got up on the kids board and boated around the lake for about 2 minutes, she did so good and loved every minute of it. Naomi on the other hand hated every minute of it and thought we were terrible for making her try it, she is so scared of the water that isn't her bath and we are trying to brake her of it. The other pictures of the girls smeared against the glass are of them having a water fight in the backyard in there clothes and they were having so much fun. These trips came at perfect times for us, because we just needed to get away and get our mind off of things so thanks to Brad and Sara and Adam and Lisa for making our summer one to remember.
We had a BLAST!!!!!

Memories of Amber Lee

Today and yesterday have been a rough day for me thinking about Amber and wondering where and what she would be doing, married, kids, etc. I still have a hard time trying to figure out why God would take such a young, beautiful, happy person and I reflect back on what my friend had told me the day we all found out she died, he just hugged me and told me the reason why is because God needs kind spirits who bring happiness and love to those around them and it has just kind of stuck with me because I had never met anyone who is as positive, energetic, and always happy as Amber was.
Amber and I were roomates and we shared a room right before she died and we had so much fun together. We would stay up until 3 and 4 in the morning eating cereal and looking at bridal magazines picking out our favorite flowers, dresses, decorations, etc. and we had always said that we would be neighbors and our kids would grow up together. We had so much fun being goofy and we always got along. I also remember when we were about 13 and we had a big sleepover party and we each (Darcy, Sophie, Amber, and I) brought a garbage sack of our clothes and we did photo shoots wearing each others clothes and having fashion shows. We would also have numerous amounts of bake sales to save our money to go swimming at the innertubes. Only naming a few of my favorite memories, the list could go on. Reflecting back to the last day we all saw Amber we all went Country Line Dancing for hours and we had so much fun. There was a balcony at top where we all posed and took tons of pictures and then Amber was meeting her boyfriend in Mesquite so she left and the group of guys she was with decided to take there truck down a dirt road and "rally" it. Amber always hated wearing her seat belt so she would always pretend to put it on and then slowly put it back. The driver of the truck ( 16 year old who just met her that night) hit a dirt ramp and the truck flipped and rolled causing Amber to be ejected from the truck. Everyone else came out fine but they couldn't find Amber so as they were looking they realized the truck landed on her and they had to lift it off of her. The guys not realizing exactly where they were had a hard time explaining to the ambulance how to get there, it took them an hour and it was obviously to late.
I woke up the next morning with Amber not there but she spent the night in Mesquite a lot so I didn't think anything of it. I went to work and was there a full 8 hours before anyone called me to say I needed to get home as soon as I could. I remember entering the house with about 10 people crying and neither of them could pull it together to tell me. Heather just gave me a hug and told me that Amber was in an accident....me hoping for the best asked if she was okay and then she said no she didn't make it. I instantly fell to my knees in shock that I couldn't even cry. It has been 9 years ago today since she died but I can't help but get really sad every year at this time because she was such a good friend. There is a reason for everything, that is the only answer that makes sense. Miss You Amber!!!

4th of July Festivities!

I cannot believe we are in July already, I'm starting to see Christmas stuff already....are we really there again so soon? This year with the 4th landing on Sunday we did a couple of things, Saturday I took the girls to the park and did the festivities and rides there and met up with my friend Jen. I forgot my camera that day, but the girls got there faces painted and had a blast. That night we watched the fireworks at the sunbowl which was really good this year because we weren't stuck next to any smokers which was a huge bonus. Monday the 5th, Hurricane did there festivities and I was going to my mom's this day so I decided to take the girls to the park there as well, it was so much better then the one in st. george. They played games and earned tickets, got prizes, and then they had a potatoe gun that they stuffed a bunch of candy in and launched it out in this field for all the kids to pick up, they had so much fun! I love all the holidays, I am just suprised how fast they are sneeking up on us. Tayler will be starting Kindergarten within weeks and Naomi is going to pre-school I can't believe it. Holidays always make me go back and reflect on how lucky I am to have such an amazing husband and how blessed we are to have our two beautiful healthy little girls......there the best!!!

Naomi's 3

I am very behind on this considering she has been 3 now for almost a month, but better late then never. Naomi's Birthday was so much fun because we had my entire family down so we got to celebrate it all together and all the kids got to do a pinata and they loved it. I can't believe she is three...that went so fast and she is talking so much, nonstop! Lucky for me she hasn't figured out how to open a door which seems weird at 3 years old but it's nice because she is so rambunctious and crazy that she would be flying out the front door any chance she got.
We have definately enjoyed her so much and it is so fun to see our girls play and laugh together...not all the time which is expected with siblings but they are fun and we love them so much! It is interesting to look back at the day they were born and replay in your head how the day went leading up to delivery, the excitment and anticipation not knowing what to expect, and I definately wasn't expecting a loud crying child for 3 weeks straight and nothing could please her. I remember wishing I could just give her away and try again because Tayler was such a quiet and sweet little baby and I didn't know how to deal with her sister. Naomi pooped about 12 times a day so GAS was NOT what I expected it to be but once I gave her those drops she was a brand new baby....even though she is still our more loud and abnoxious kid she has the smile, laugh, and personality that makes anybody fall in love with her. Naomi has been such a blessing in our little family and we are so happy to have her with us. Happy Birthday!!!

Tayler's Pre-school Graduation

I can't believe Tayler is finished with pre-school and on to Kindergarten. Everyone always says to enjoy your kids when they are young because in a blink of an eye they will be gone and out of your house. It always made me laugh because I picture them being this age forever, but if it goes as fast as it has gone then I am in trouble. Tayler is only going to Kindergarten but it is hard to believe that we are in that stage already. It is going to be a long summer because she asks me everyday how many days until she can go and I have to tell her around 90, which she doesn't know exactly how long that is but she just knows the number is a high one so maybe she'll stop asking me everyday. On the day of her graduation they had a bounce house and a "magic" carpet that sat in the front that the siblings could sit on. Naomi wants to go to school so bad so she felt pretty proud that she was able to sit up there with the big kids. Tayler got a CD with pictures on it throughout the year a pillow case with all the kids hands on it, her certificate that showed how she wrote her name the day she started compared to the way she wrote it when she finished and then every month Mrs. Leavitt would trace her hand and ask a question and it was funny to hear the things she would say....(example) "Why do the leaves fall on the ground? because we do this ( wiggle, wiggle, wiggle) I just laughed....Rodger and I are very proud parents of our girls, it is amazing to see the new things they accomplish and how they interperet things. Tayler is going to be a giant sponge in Kindergarten and completely soak everything in, she loves to learn. I always pictured myself crying her first day of Kindergarten, but seeing how excited she is to be there only makes me excited for her to go.
I meant to post this on my last one but I forgot. My mom took our girls the night before Mother's Day because we had gone to Vegas and her boyfriend had done this for me for Mother's Day. Tayler's hand is on the left and Naomi's is on the right. This took him a couple of hours to do but he did an amazing job and I would have to say he won some points with me this day. I loved it!

Love my Mom!!!

Happy Mother's Day to the greatest mom ever! I love this day especially having kids of my own now. I don't think you truly appreciate your Mother until you have kids of your own, being a mom is really tough some days. I look back and realize my mom was my rock all growing up. My dad wasn't around much when I was younger and he quit going to church when I was Tayler's age so for years she got all 5 kids up, got them dressed and took us to church. That is a lot of work but she was always so passionate about the gospel and wanted it to be a part of our lives and for that I am truly grateful because I don't know where I would be without it. I don't know how she got through the stuff she did when I was younger, but out of all of her good traits I would hope I could have her STRENGTH. In times of trial she has always been there, and she loves loves loves being a Grandma and she is amazing my kids love there Grandma Roo (LaRue). Your the greatest Mom....I love you so much!

Love Birthdays....

It is awesome to have great family and friends. The 6th was my Birthday and that morning Rodger got up and made me breakfast which was so good, he made pistachio choclate chunk muffins with strawberry jam in the middle. They sound wierd but they were amazing, and it took him about an hour because he made them from scratch. I was very impressed and the girls had fun helping. That night he got home from work and picked me up and a bunch of our friends met us at the park and Rodger brought pizza, cake, and ice cream and had a party. It was so fun to get together with everyone. When everyone has kids it is so hard to get together. Rodger got me a 3 month membership to Zumba (love it!!!) I don't know if any of you have tried Zumba, but if you love to dance it is perfect for you and you get a workout while doing it so you hit two birds with one stone. Sara and her husband gave me a trip to Vegas, dinner for two @ P.F Changs (awesome restaurant) and two supercross tickets with the man of my choice. I wonder who that would be. My best friend Lisa (miss her) gave me a certificate for a pedicure which I will be using today before we go to Vegas. I'm really excited to go play today and my mom is taking the girls overnight....Happy Mother's Day to me. Rodger and I are making her dinner and me and the girls made her something special. I love my mom, she is the greatest!!!

My Girls!

I love dressing up my girls in the same outfits and taking pictures. I know they will hate it later so I better get in as many pictures as I can, and they have fun doing it so we all win!

Camping Trip...it's about time!

We haven't been camping forever and we have been so excited to go, so last weekend we decided last minute to throw our stuff in the car and head to Zion. It was a beautiful day, perfect for hiking and camping. We hiked the Zion Canyon Overlook trail and camped out. There was no wind at all thank goodness just sunshine and much needed family time. When we reached the top of the Trail, we had packed ourselves a lunch so we ate and took some pictures and started heading down. I am a horrible person when it comes to heights...I didn't used to be that way, I think it is from having kids. The girls had a blast and it is so good to see that your kids are happy and we are spending that time there as a family. After our hike we found the perfect camp site that wasn't by anyone and we were down by the river. We set up our tent, gathered fire wood and then played down by the river. I would have to say, that was the best part of the whole trip because Naomi kept getting her clothes wet so she had me taking them off until she was Naked, and she swam in that water for about 1/2 hour and that water was freezing. Tayler is more like me in that sense where we hate the feel of cold water on our skin so she was definately more cautious around the river, but she still had fun. We made hobo dinners and you can't forget smores (best part) which I think Tayler would say was her favorite part, I think she ate three. I love my family so much! We never get to see or spend much time together, but the time we do get together is the best!

Happy Birthday to my Hubby!

Rodger turned 29 yesterday....you know your getting old when you can't get away with buying just one box of candles anymore. We didn't give him anything to exciting, mostly just stuff he really needed like socks and shorts. You can tell the girls helped me out because they really wanted to wrap his presents with Princess wrapping, and then we made him a 4-Layer cake that was really good. I love my husband so much, he is such a great guy who is always so supportive....he is an amazing Dad with our girls and an excellent husband, I am so blessed. I couldn't ask for more. I love you babe!

They earned it!

I love the look on my girls faces when they get something at the store they worked and saved there money for. Tayler and Naomi have been wanting a kite for a while and the easter bunny forgot about it, so they worked really hard at cleaning there rooms and helping me around the house. When we got up to the counter I'm sure the girl hated me because we paid for each of them in nickels and dimes because that is what they had. I love teaching my girls that if they want something they need to work for it, and it works really well when we look in the toy isle and they are wanting everything....I just say "You need to save your money" and they have no melt downs, no panic attacks, just excitment to save there money for something else they want and then they are more willing to help me around the house. I love my girls!

Tayler's many many Questions!

Lately Tayler has been fasinated with babies...has been for a while, but has recently been obsessed. This was our conversation today....

Tayler: "Mom, how do you get pregnant?"

Mom: It happens when you find somebody special you want to marry

Tayler: "How many times do you get married?"

Mom: Only once!

Tayler: So were you pregnant with Naomi and I at the same time

Mom: Well....no

Tayler: Then how did Naomi get here

Mom: Lol....It 's just something special that happens when mommies and daddies spend time together...(Gulp)

Tayler: " Oh....I get it mom (laughing),

Oh ya, after that she asks me about a baby brother and that Camdon is going to be his name.
What a little character. I dread these conversations because she is so curious, and I know you are supposed to tell your child enough without being graphic obviously but how do you explain this? I have ran out of things to say. Hopefully she is done asking me for a while because this conversation wore me out.

Easter!

I love Easter! My girls get so excited for any holiday which is fun for us, because I love being Santa, Cupid, Easter Bunny, Tooth fairy, ect. I'm trying to get Rodger more excited about it because I am always going to love it and will want to go all out while he is more laid back. This year we went to the Vernon Worthen park for the egg hunt, no prizes won just smiles which makes it worth it. Then we rollerbladed down to the park and played football and soccer and played on the playground. That night we colored eggs and went to bed so the Easter bunny could come. The next morning the girls woke up at 7:30 and they were so excited. Tayler got a piggy bank which is what she has wanted so she can save her money and she was so excited. On our way bringing it up to her room so it wouldn't brake she dropped it and it shattered....it was a sad morning after that, but tomorrow I told her we would check all the stores and try and find the one the easter bunny went to. Naomi has been wanting one of those GIANT chocolate easter bunnies for weeks, everytime we go into wal-mart she points one out. We didn't get it for her go figure but they got a little chocolate bunny, a stuffed pink bunny a game and some bubbles.
In the middle was another basket that was filled with candy and eggs with a CD and a picture of Christ. General Conference was great and it reminds us all the reason we celebrate Easter.

Washington!

We just got back from Washington....I guess it has already been a week now and it was so good to finally see our family and friends again. Rodger and I are just so caught up in St. George and it's everyday craziness that it was so nice to get away. We went there because Rodger's brother Greg was going on a mission so we went to his farewell and setting apart, and then we actually drop him off at the MTC on our way home to St. George. Luckily we were also fortunate enough to be there to see our new baby nephew the night before we left. All of our Neices and Nephews but the two baby's eating dinner. This group of kids were so busy and entertained the entire week. They all played really good together.

Rodger and Nathan helped the kids build a fort in the backyard
My girls and I out at Grandma Fae's house
We last visited in August and since then my girls begged me daily to take them horseback riding at Grandma Fae's....they were so excited to finally get the chance after so many months of waiting.
Russell Adam Thornock born the night before we left at home as planned, healthy, happy, and adorable!
This was our seating arrangment on the way to Provo to take Greg to the MTC. I sat in between my girls car seats for 11 hours. It took us that long because it was during the day and with little kids it's impossible not to take forever. This day was honestly the longest day I have ever experienced but I got some good playing time, song singing, and book reading in with my girls.
Elder Greg Adams is called to serve in the Tempe Arizona mission. I don't know if any of you have been to the MTC lately or knew what it was like before but we literally pulled up to a curb and the had us pop our trunk, they unloaded his luggage and took off with him. We had to run him down to get one last picture and a hug. We were only there about 3 minutes tops...it was crazy. Before they invited all the family for a devotional, talks, music and a last good-bye with hugs and tears. They have done away with that now which I guess makes it easier on the missionaries and families.
Rodger and all of his boys from High School...

Lucky for me all of there wives are the greatest and a lot of fun....Chadd's wife Tami is not in here, I think she stepped out and we missed her. Earlier this day I had lunch with some good friends from when we lived here before. Jenilynn, Kimberly, and Lacey and I was kicking myself that I didn't get any pictures taken with them. This whole week was a lot of fun and all these people make me want to move back there so bad. Good Times....and hopefully we will see everyone sooner then every 8-9 months.

Indoor Fun VS. Outdoor Fun!

This past week has been nothing but rainy, overcast and cold and it was a rough week trying to find things to entertain two kids besides movies.
This day I banned movies all day and just tried to get creative. I have these long white strips of paper and I remembered when I was in Kindergarten that we did our footprints and handprints in paint, so I decided to try it. I put paint on plates and the three of us dipped our hands in it and made our handprints with it and at first I was just going to do it for something fun but after we were done I thought it would be really neat to put in my hope chest with our names by our handprints. Now, the footprints were a little more difficult and definately more messy but the girls had a blast. I was cleaning up paint off the tile and I had to put them straight in the tub, but it was easy cleanup and it kept us busy where as we couldn't go outside. After we did this we decided to make sugar cookie cutters with sprinkles, fruitloop necklaces, and read stories. I am very much an outdoors person so for a week of trying to find projects, I was running out of ideas.

Finally, the sun broke through and we had a beautiful sunny day which was much needed. The girls and I could have stayed at this park all day because it was such a nice day. Now that the holidays are over I am ready for some nice weather. When is spring going to be here for good? The thing with that is that it stays spring for about 2-3 weeks and then it gets HOT, but at this point I will take anything but dark dreary days.

Anyways, with that being said...we had fun even though we couldn't go outside for most of the week but it looks like we are going to have another week of stormy weather so if any of you have any ideas let me know!

7th year Anniversary!

Rodger and I just had our 7th year anniversary, Where does the time go! I had no idea when I married this man how much my life would change and it has been all for the good.
We got married February 1st, 2003 in the St. George LDS Temple which was such a blessing. We moved in those 7 years about 10 times ( 2 different areas just different houses) We spent our first 2 1/2 years in Washington State to be closer to Rodger's family which was really good because I felt like I could get a chance to get to know them more and his family was great, I was so glad for that opportunity to be there and meet some really good friends. After we had our first daughter in January of 2005 I was really missing my home town of St. George Utah so we moved back. Rodger worked as a trainer at a gym for a little bit but had always wanted to start up a gym of his own, so that was going to be our next venture....but before we got that going we welcomed another sweet spirit into our home June of 2007 and our girls have been such a blessing. That year we got our location purchased and opened Anytime Fitness in February of 2008, two years later we now have 740 members and counting. The gym is doing so good but our partnership has not so it has been a long bumpy 2 year long road, but Rodger and I have learned so much and we realized that if we can make it through this then we can make it through anything....it has strengthened us so much individually and as a couple. I am truly blessed with an amazing husband and two beautiful, healthy little girls. I am excited to see what life brings us next. I love you Rodger!!!

Tayler's the "BIG 5"

I can't believe I have a 5 year old, that time buzzed by so fast it's crazy. For Tayler's birthday she wanted a princess party so for her cake I tried to make a princess cake and it turned out okay but nothing what I wanted it to. Anyways, Tayler started out the morning opening her present from Rodger and I before he had to leave for work. We got her a Karaoke Machine because she loves loves loves to sing, she would probably do really good in a musical because there are sometimes when I ask her something that she sings me back the answer. Right now she is mostly just singing songs without words or else her own words so she got some CD's that will teach her some songs to sing, she was so excited. Then that night we invited her friends to Jumpin Jacks inflatable bounce house for a party, pizza, cake, and ice cream. They had a lot of fun...it was interesting keeping track of all the kiddos but we survived. Naomi didn't want to go at first because she was scared but eventually warmed up and when she finally went down the slide I didn't have my camera. After we let the kids bounce out most of there energy we went upstairs where they had pizza delivered for us and then we did cake, ice cream and presents. It never fails when we get the candles lit and we start singing Happy Birthday that someone turns off the lights so the pictures I got of her with her cake are all blury...I just need to have my camera set on night vision so I am prepared next time. Tayler made a hit on Barbies, I think she got 5 and she was stoked, she also got the movie "Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs" that as you can see she was way excited about. I love this little girl, she is so good and I am so proud of the big girl that she has grown up to be.
Well, that pretty much sums it up. Now that we have Christmas and Tayler's birthday out of the
way, I feel like I can settle back down into day to day stuff.
